Frequently Asked Questions
What comes in the $14 Birthday Collection?
The collection includes a 3600 by 4800 pixel personalized poster, a cinematic birthday Reel, phone and desktop wallpapers, an Instagram Story version, and a private gift reveal link.
Is this a digital or physical birthday gift?
It is a digital collection. No physical item is shipped. The poster can print up to 12 by 16 inches at 300 PPI.
Can I preview the birthday poster before paying?
Yes. Enter the date, place, name, and optional message to see the poster in the editor, then download a free preview before choosing the full collection.
How is the Birthday Collection delivered?
Dodo Payments handles checkout and tax. After Dodo verifies payment, the collection unlocks digitally on the purchasing device. A purchase email can also support account recovery across devices.
Which poster details use real data?
The star map and moon phase use astronomical calculations for the selected date and place. Historical weather comes from the Open-Meteo archive, and the number one song lookup covers Billboard Hot 100 dates from 1958 onward.
Do you store the birth details used for the poster?
Anonymous poster customization normally stays in the browser. Place search and historical weather use external services, and Dodo handles checkout. The Moon Knows does not store birth details for anonymous poster creation.
