Delivery Policy

1. Digital and Optional Physical Products

Most The Moon Knows products are delivered as digital downloads. Living-gift packages may also include optional print or framed keepsake upgrades when those tiers are available at checkout.

2. Instant Digital Delivery

Your digital poster or living-gift reveal is delivered instantly after payment. Here's how:

• After completing payment, you'll be redirected to the next delivery or download step.
• You'll also receive a confirmation email with access details.
• Digital downloads and reveal links are available immediately unless the checkout page states otherwise.

4. Accessing Your Download

You can access your purchased file in two ways:

• Immediately after payment: You'll be shown a download page by Payhip.
• Via email: A receipt email from Payhip will contain your download link. Check your spam/promotions folder if you don't see it.

Download links from Payhip remain active so you can re-download your file if needed.

5. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues receiving your download:

• Check your email spam/junk folder for the Payhip receipt.
• Make sure you completed the payment (check your bank statement).
• Try a different browser if the download page doesn't load.
• Contact us at hello@themoonknows.com with your order number and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.

6. Printing Your Poster

If you purchase a digital-only product, you can print it yourself. To get a physical print, you can:

• Visit any local print shop with the PNG file on a USB drive
• Upload to an online print service (e.g., Vistaprint, Shutterfly, local options)
• Print at home on a high-quality inkjet printer (A3 or larger recommended)

For self-printed digital products, we are not responsible for color variations or quality differences caused by your chosen print service or paper type.
