Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

All The Moon Knows products are digital downloads (high-resolution PNG files). Because digital files can be downloaded and used immediately upon purchase, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

2. Free Preview Before Purchase

We provide a full interactive preview of every poster before purchase. You can customize every aspect of your design — style, colors, text, layout — and see the exact result before paying. The HD download is identical to the preview, only at a higher resolution (300 DPI, print-ready).

We strongly encourage you to review your poster thoroughly before purchasing.

3. When We Issue Refunds

Despite the digital nature of our products, we want every customer to be satisfied. We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • Technical issues: The downloaded file is corrupted, blank, or does not match the on-screen preview
  • Download failure: You were charged but were unable to download your file, and we cannot resolve the issue
  • Duplicate charge: You were accidentally charged more than once for the same product

4. When Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after downloading the file
  • Dissatisfaction with a design that matches the on-screen preview
  • Failure to review the preview before purchasing
  • Issues caused by your printer or print service (color differences, paper quality, etc.)

5. Cancellation

Since our posters are generated and delivered instantly as digital downloads, there is no "processing" or "shipping" period during which an order can be cancelled. The product is delivered immediately upon payment.

If you have not yet completed payment, you can simply close the checkout page to cancel.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@themoonknows.com with:

  • Your Payhip order/receipt number
  • The email address used for purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Screenshots if applicable

We aim to respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed through Payhip (our payment processor) and returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.

8. Bundle Purchases

For bundle deals, refunds apply to the entire bundle. Partial refunds for individual products within a bundle are not available.
