Every sky position comes from a real ephemeris and a validated catalog of 5,298 stars. Every map draws real cartographic data. Readings are written from the exact chart, and forecast products compute the actual sky of the year ahead, which template tools cannot do at any price.

Questions sellers ask
Can I judge the quality before paying?
Yes. The renders on this page are finished production files, the sample reading PDF is downloadable above, and one free sample render from a real order is available per shop. Email the order details and the finished file comes back for your own inspection.
Is this only for astrology shops?
No. One membership covers all three families: the sky products, the map products (city, coordinates, where we met, journey, travel, heritage, elevation), and the story products (love story timeline, baby, family, and memorial sets, plus the reading PDFs). Every order draws from the same monthly allowance.
Is this allowed on Etsy and Shopify?
Yes. You create the listing, set the price, and deliver the file from your own shop, the same way sellers already use design tools. Nothing routes your buyer away from your shop, and we never contact your buyers. For physical items, follow your platform’s production partner disclosure rules.
What do you need for each order?
The occasion, the name or dedication line, the event or birth date, the time when known, and the place. A missing birth time is handled honestly: time-sensitive elements are omitted.
How fast is delivery?
Thirteen poster products download instantly from their live editors with an active membership. Concierge products, including the reading PDFs, the almanac, occasion skies, and matched sets, arrive within 24 hours of a complete order.
Can I resell the generated files?
Yes. Every file arrives with a resale license for made-to-order sales from your shop. Reselling the files as template packs sits outside the license.
Whose name appears on the files?
Poster files are neutral, with no The Moon Knows mark, whether they come from the self-serve workbench or concierge. Concierge reading PDFs and the Sky Almanac carry your shop’s name on the cover and colophon.
What happens to order details after delivery?
Self-serve order details stay in your browser and are never sent with the export authorization. For concierge orders, inputs are deleted after delivery. We retain only the monthly order count needed for the plan.
What happens after the first 20 shops?
Standard pricing begins at $49 per month. Founding shops keep the $19 rate for as long as their subscription stays active.
