What the poster knows
Every night, its real moon: the phase is computed from the ephemeris for 9 pm at your home, so a first quarter on the poster is a first quarter in your sky.
Full moons named, in their signs: Wolf, Snow, Worm, through Cold, each with the zodiac sign the Moon stands in at the exact moment it is full, and a Blue Moon when a month holds two.
Only the eclipses you can see: lunar and solar eclipses are listed when the Moon or Sun is actually above your horizon at the time, and left off when they are not.
